Return & Exchange Policy
At Delaene, we want you to love your manicure! Please review our policy below regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that all returns are issued in the form of Store Credit. To maintain hygiene standards for our cosmetic products, we accept returns only if they meet the following criteria:
- Condition: No more than 5 nails total may have been used, applied, or removed from their packaging. All remaining nails, tools, and packaging must be included. Sets that exceed this usage threshold are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
- Packaging: Items must remain in the original packaging.
Exclusions:Â Please note that "Final Sale"Â items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing defect, we want to make it right!
- Please contact us at support@delaene.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
Verified defective items will be eligible for a full exchange or store credit at no cost to you.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
To make the return process as seamless as possible, we offer two options for shipping your items back to us:
- Prepaid Return Label (Recommended): We can provide a trackable prepaid shipping label for a flat fee of $8.00. This amount will be conveniently deducted from your final store credit.
- Self-Shipping: You may choose to use your own preferred carrier at your own expense. We strongly recommend using a trackable service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
4. How to Start a Return

Email Us: Contact support@delaene.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Photo verification of the nails is required for approval.

Approval: Once approved, we will email you your prepaid shipping label (if requested) and return instructions.

Pack & Ship: Securely package the items and drop them off at the designated carrier.

Receive Credit: Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow 3–5 business days for us to issue your Store Credit (minus the $8.00 shipping fee, if applicable).
